From reactive diagnosis to proactive market intelligence
Uber's marketplace health signals were fragmented across multiple tools, dashboards, and business verticals, making it difficult for operations and engineering teams to identify issues, assess their impact, and uncover root causes efficiently.
We designed a centralized diagnostics platform that brought marketplace signals into a single system, enabling teams to monitor marketplace health, investigate anomalies across multiple dimensions, and quickly trace issues to their source. The platform improved visibility, accelerated root-cause analysis, and established a scalable foundation for marketplace observability across Uber.

Led the end-to-end design and transformation of marketplace diagnostics, evolving a fragmented set of workflows into a centralized platform. Aligned cross-functional stakeholders around a shared framework for marketplace monitoring and diagnosis.
