Expand & accelerate message creation in a sustainable way
As Netflix's content ecosystem and business needs evolved, teams needed a scalable way to create personalized, high-quality consumer experiences without relying on bespoke design and engineering for every message.
We introduced a modular framework that separates structure, content, and presentation. By combining reusable modules, dynamic personalization, and adaptable themes, the system enables teams to create diverse messaging experiences efficiently and at scale while maintaining consistency and quality.

I led the design strategy and system framework, guiding two designers and partnering closely with engineering, data scientists, and algorithm teams to scale personalized messaging across Netflix.
